Where do I begin, I am new to Leadership, I really started this last year after Avon’s RepFest 2018. That was my first time doing any leadership training. After talking with numerous people, I decided to jump into this full force. As with anything, there are tips and tricks for success. I truly love this part of my “job”! So I am telling you if you are thinking about this, then DO IT! With Avon, it is all about learning and having FUN!

Although Avon provides you information in Avon U and through other training. With any of Avon’s training, there is no right or wrong answer. It is about showing you and you decide what works. I have discovered as with anything change is going to happen. Avon 2019 is not going to be any different. Take full advantage of all the FREE training that you get. Avon has a Leadership department that is always will to help with a direct number to them. Even with all of the training, there will be mistakes made. Pick up and move on. As always I am here for you and so is any other Avon Representative out there. You know you do not have to create the wheel, just share it, maybe modify it! In Avon, you have found a family and people that will help you.

Alma leads are available to you when you start leadership. I am on the fence with these. You can have a lead assigned to you or you can purchase them. I have done both. I will explain more detail at another time. With Alma, comes Vibe which is where we get our reports for our team. You are never alone in this.

There is another perk to leadership, in which the more that you grow your team the more bonus money you make! Yes, that is awesome! In 2018, I earned a few bonuses. Well worth it! When you are constantly growing your team you can make bonuses and those incentives come along easier and quicker.
